It was Managing Director Ralph Hill’s passion to design and construct his own homes that inevitably led to ownership of Build Smart Group and Loft Homes and Garages. Ralph has a broad range of business ownership and project management experience spanning 40 years. In Ralph's early career, creating strong relationships with many of New Zealand’s largest retail groups instilled a strong sense of value around taking ownership of clients projects. Client satisfaction is at the core of Build Smart Group's culture and Ralph remains readily available and involved with all projects.

Jenny has been in the residential building industry since the mid 90’s and has vast experience with Sales, 3D Architectural Design Development, Interior Design & Marketing.

She loves working with clients to create personalised homes and having created over 500 designs, she remains passionate for more.

Jenny realised the biggest need in the current environment is to help families old and young create smaller practical homes.

Her goal is to create personalised and financially viable living space solutions adding to existing property’s.

This shared mission is what drew Jenny to join the team at Loft Homes and Garages.

 
 

Tania looks after the day to day accounts and admin requirements of the Build Smart Team. Passionate about processes and helping businesses operate at their most efficient,

Tania originally trained with the London School of Accountancy and brings a strong bookkeeping and finance background to Build Smart Group.
