Commercial mid-city center escalator replacement works;
Our work for the body corp managers included:
- Creating the methodology and program to work within an operational mall
- Site set up, security, hoardings, signage as needed
- Demo & decommissioning, attendance to; fire systems, escalator removal and new installs inc concrete cutting (to increase the pit size's)
- All carpentry works, electrical, plumbing, plaster and paint, matching to existing floor coverings, upgrade of the affected hair salon inc new auto opening glazed doors and clean up
- All completed to the schedule and within budget
